Dear Brothers,

As I sit down to write this, my last Trestle Board for 2009, I wish to take this opportunity to thank the Brothers of Ionic Lodge for giving me the honor of serving once again as Worshipful Master.  This has been a very memorable year for me and I hope that you all enjoyed the special activities we had this year.  I extend my best wishes and full support to those who will lead our Lodge in 2010.  I could not have asked for a better group of officers and members than I had this year.

Please take note of the special events listed in the Trestle Board.  Especially our Fraternal Visit to Composite Lodge No. 22, Prince Hall Masons.  This is the Lodge that supported us at our May meeting where we recognized the 20 years of fraternal relations.  We would love to have as many Brothers from the district join us if you have never visited a Prince Hall Lodge meeting.  A repast will follow the Lodge meeting.  Also note this year we will be having a Holiday Table Lodge again with Eastern Star Lodge.  This has always been an enjoyable evening of good fellowship and great food.

As before, I am looking forward to seeing each of you in Lodge.  If you need a ride to attend any of our meetings or events, just call me or any of the officers and a ride will be arranged.

Benny Thomas how many to expect.  This will be a fun visit and good old fellowship.
